THE PRICES INCLUDE THE STAY TAX.

The prices are intended per person.

Air-conditioning is included.

Baby's cradle from 0 up to 2 years old is free. Kids resting in parents' room will benefit a discounted price of 50% up to 6 years, 20% from 7 up to 11 years, 10% from 12 up.

Every room is provided with shower, wc, phone, hairdryer, safe and satellite Tv. Some rooms have lake view.Private parking lots. Beach cribs are available.
Dogs are accepted, but access is denied to the dining saloon.
Boa on reservation: € 10,00 per day.
In case of late arrivale or premature departure, three (3) days will be counted.
Whenever a booking occurs (also by phone or fax), we gently ask you to send us a € 150,00 deposit per room otherwise send us your Credit Card credentials as warranty.

If you plan to book your stay for at least three (3) nights, you'll be eligible for a "Low-cost transfer" from/to Verona and Brescia airports.
